Ramblers Dorset Area Council Meetings

Ramblers Dorset Area Council meetings take place 4 times a year typically on a Thursday evening at the Colliton Club in Dorchester opposite the  Dorset County Council offices at County Hall. Ramblers members are welcome to attend as observers. Please contact for more information.

Dorset Area Council Constitution

Every Ramblers Area and Group has a constitution. The current Dorset Area constitution can be downloaded here. Model constitutions, as approved by General Council can be found on the national site possibly here.

 

PUBLIC TRANSPORT INFORMATION FOR THE DORSET AREA

The East Dorset Group is investigating ways of increasing the number of walks with start points that are accessible by public transport. Easier said than done but if you are a leader, walk participant or just want to go out on a walk on your own the following web sites might help.
